are there any hotels in cape may that are all inclusive?

ok so maybe not all inclusive, but someplace that atleast has free breakfast and cheap rooms.

   I am pretty sure there are none. Try a B&B.

   All-inclusive hotels are for the islands and cruises. Definitely not at the Jersey Shore.
