Are there any nice hotel suites that allow parties in the South Bay?

I want to throw a non-alcoholic party at a nice place, preferably a nice hotel suite or a nice place along the beach for the night. But most places have a no-party policy! Is there anywhere that does allow parties? San Jose, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, etc.

   You better keep calling. With the economy as it is, someone will give you a positive answer. Times can change things like that. Cash might help!
