Can a person use the wave machine and pool at Mandalay Bay in Vegas without staying at the hotel?

if so how much is it to use the machine for the day

   just call them, not sure on this local but do know that for five bucks you can do the Rio Beach pool.

   You may want to call or visit their website. . when I was in Vegas this past may I stayed at the MGM and u had to be a guest in order to use their pool and they stated that on their website. . I would imagine its like that at other properties as well.
