My family and I will sleep at the Orleans Hotel in Las Vegas. I think it’s swimming pool is boring? We want to go to the waterpark at the Mandabay Bay. How $$$ will we pay?

MB deals blackjack in their pool area, therefor “the public” must be allowed access >Per, Nevada Gaming Commission rules< 1-702-632-7997 for MB pool info
MB seems to only want hotel guests to use their pool, even though they are required by law(stated below) to allow the public FREE access "IF" you state you're going to play blackjack. My opionion would be why bother, there are a lot of great pools, go someplace nice that actually wants you there.

All gaming establishments in this state must remain open to the general public, and the access of the general public to gaming activities must not be restricted in any manner.
The Nevada legislature can on an “individual” basis grant a waiver, as was done in 2001 for gaming salons(high roller gaming areas)
My information comes from an article on the web site of the Las Vegas Advisor dated 5/28/07
According to an officer of the Nevada gaming control board a sign must be prominently posted, stating that the public must be admitted free of any charge to engage in gaming activities.

u have to stay at there hotel. . . than u can go to there waterparks and pools. . .
you can only use the facility if you’re a guest at the hotel. they won’t let you in, even if you’re willing to pay.
gotta be a guest!
you can like sneak in, or try acting like you and your family are guests there, so you stand at the entrance of the water park and have your parents act like they are looking for the key or card and when someone walks out or in just follow right in behind them and have your parents say “oh we must have left the key inside the room”
