KMBI will host its second national Leadership Enhancement and Development (LEaD) Camp on May 6 to 9 at the Waterfront Hotel, Cebu City, with the theme, My God is a keeperand so I must be from Deuteronomy 7:6 to 11. The said camp shall convene around 1200 staff, pastors and guests to equip them on Christian leadership values and skills for them to effectively exercise their leadership gifts in their own sphere of influences. The highlights of the event will be the plenary discussions circling on the camp theme, stewardship, discipline, and excellence. This will be delivered by Pastor Harold Dick Ledda, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Quantum Global Philippines, Inc., Pastor Rito Bong Saquing, Jr., president of Uplift Movement Foundation, Inc., Mr. Eduardo Jimenez, consultant of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (Central Bank of the Philippines), and Dr. Cecilio Pedro, founder and president of Lamoiyan Corporation, respectively. Also, during this event, the organizations partnership with like-minded pastors for the spiritual growth of its staff will be launched. The first national camp was held at the same venue in 2008. In 2009, two regional camps were hosted in Pampanga and Cagayan de Oro City for Luzon, and Visayas and Mindanao staff, respectively.
