has any one used booking.com site for booking hotels online?

if yes, is it reliable? i booked a hotel in cape town through it and im afraid that if i would go there i wouldn’t find a reservation for me! any advice please

   Contact the hotel directly and make sure they have your reservation in their system — then you’ll know for sure!

   Yes i booked my hols and there will be no problem. Is it a well known company. Alot of people book on line now,cuts out alot of costs. Maybe if ur worried contact them and say you want confirmation in writing or they can email you with confirmation which you must take with you as proof in case of problems but i still dont think there will be a problem.
