Has anyone been to the Royal DeCameron Club Caribbean hotel in Runaway Bay, Jamaijca?

Im just wondering if its a nice hotel and a good place to stay

   I have never been to that hotel,but you should google trip advisor and enter the name of the hotel. You can read reviews of the place! Oh,just a bit of advice,you cannot always go by what you hear! Some people absolutely hate a hotel,and others love it! Sometimes you have to see for yourself! Have fun! I will be there in October! Can’t wait! One love! I am in love with Jamaica!

   We stayed at RDC from 19th August to 2nd September. All I can say is don’t listen to the negative reviews, it was fantastic.
   The rooms were basic but you only sleep and shower in them.
   The hotel was great the food was good, the wine was so so, not quite chardonnay but you do get used to it. A wide variety of cocktails and very friendly staff. Most of the water sports were free and we made use of them. The trips we did were brilliant, Dunn’s River Falls which was hard at times but well worth it. My sunglasses came flying off my face by the force of the water, so I would advise not to wear any, however a kind guide retreived them for me for a thousand jamaican dollars(about £8) We purchased the DVD and it is really good. we went mountain biking in Blue Mountain, what a great day we had a really good time and the guides stayed with the slower cyclists(me) to make sure we were safe it was a brilliant day really good fun. The last trip we did was to nine mile to see Bob Marley’s Place it was worth seeing everything and quite moving at times.
   We also went out into Runaway Bay to the local bars, we had such a laugh with the locals, playing dominoes, singing etc. They were really pleased to see us and said that not many people ventured out from RDC but you really should do it.
   Finally I’d like to say look out for Steven and Barry who sing at the pool bar at around 5. 30pm they summed up everything Jamican for us they really were cool guys.
