Has anyone stayed at The HOTEL in Mandalay Bay… what are your thoughts? We are looking to stay in a suite.?

The HOTEL is a seperate part of Mandalay Bay.

   One of my favorite hotels in Vegas. The rooms are plush and trendy. it is geared toward a younger crowd. Good places to hang out too. Definitely hit it.

   I haven’t stayed there myself, but I hope to on one of my future trips. I use the MGM Grand, but I play some at Mandalay Bay and love their casino. From what I read, the hotel is also excellent.

   THE Hotel is an all-suite tower connected to Mandalay Bay. We stayed there the first year they opened. Nice 2-room suites with flat screen TV’s everywhere, even in the bathroom.
   The rooms are not as large as Venetian suites, but the bedrooms are truly separate from the living room area.

   Their lobby is quiet (even though there is a lively bar and pool tables), and it’s a short walk to get to the main Mandalay casino. Of course, you get the same access to the main pool area of the hotel, but it is kind of weird to walk down the marble floored corridors in your swim gear.

   I like their separate entrance that doesn’t take you near the casino area.

   You can find significantly reduced rates from their norms if you avoid the weekends and convention days.
