has anyone stayed at the kabanari bay hotel in rhodes, greece. and if so could they tell me what it is like..?

i have booked for the end of july but have read a review saying it is not all inclusive as stated so i am a little worried about this.. if anyone has any information it would be appreciated.. even better if you have visited personally.. thanks.. xxx
