I’m thinking of staying there for a week. And I’ve looked extensively online to try to find an estimate about how big their rooms are.
I haven’t had any luck.
This question might be kind of OUT there, but do you think it’s possible to fit 6 people in one of their rooms? How about five?
By unrelated do you mean by family wise? Or are you speaking about group wise?
I hope you mean family wise, it’s three of my family members and 2-3 friends.

Florida has a state fire law that says a maximum of 4 unrelated people can be in one hotel room. And yes housekeeping will catch you and is required to report it.
They don’t have any rooms that will accommodate 6 (if you do a quote with 6 guests specified, you’ll get no results).
