Is there a way you can get to Cape Town from Seattle for less than $1000?

I can only spend $3000 on everything like airline tickets, hotel for 10 days, and other entertainment things. So Please Help(:

   I doubt it, international flights are expensive. Your best option would be to try one of those low cost travel agents.

   Hope you can find a way to make it!

   Get a job on a ship. Hitch-hike to a major east coast US port and look for a ship to Cape Town there.
