Is there any way to legally rent a hotel room under the age of 18 in Massachusetts?

I’m trying to take a long weekend in cape cod with a bunch (6 or 7) of my buddies. We’re all 17 but most of us have our liscenses. Maybe our parents can sign something to let us legally stay because we’re not “adults.”

I would call around and ask about that wavier form. Possibly there might be some places (that are not commercial chain hotels) that would do that. Otherwise, no, there is not likely any way you can do this. This situation of a group of 17 year old people makes the hotel staff think that there will be a party and things damaged.

Good luck finding a place that will allow that.
If you found a place you would have to give a credit card to be charged for damages.

You would be better off going to a campground, many of which have cabins or trailers for rent.
