I’m planning on going to Vegas for the first time this fall, and were staying at Mandalay Bay! I was wondering if anyone knows the best transportation to take to the hotel, a Shuttle,Taxi or Limo? There will be 4 of us meeting up at the airport!
I have already contacted the hotel, they do not have their own shuttle service.
A taxi will only be about $15 each way. A shuttle will be at least $12 each round trip. So a taxi will be $30 round trip and a shuttle will be $48 for four. A taxi will be direct to the hotel and a shuttle will make other stops depending on what hotels the other passenger are going. With four people it may be a bit crowded in one taxi especially with luggage and a lot roomier on the shuttle bus. A limo would be the best but much more expensive

None of these prices include tips to the driver. A larger tip for the limo driver than the shuttle.
Check directly with Mandalay Bay. If they have a shuttle take that otherwise a limo or taxi.
A shuttle is the cheapest way. But if money is no concern get a Limo. If you take a Taxi tell the cab driver NO EXPRESSWAYS and if you don I wont pay you. I repeat NO EXPRESSWAYS. They try to take advantage of Vegas virgins and take them on a ride. .

presidentaillimolv. com has roundtrip from airport to hotel then hotel back to airport for $108 with tip and fees it would be about $140 all together, but you dont have to full with the luggage, you champagne, a rose for the ladies, and ride in style.
For the 4 of you, taking a taxi will be cheaper than riding a shuttle. Mandalay Bay is only 3 miles from the airport. The shuttles will charge you $6 each person but taxis can take up to 5 people for one fare and the taxi fare is $13 to Mandalay Bay

Hands down, take a taxi. Mandalay Bay is really close to the airport, so it will be a really short ride from the Airport.
Take a taxi from the airport as Mandalay Bay is only a short distance from the airport. If you take a shuttle you run the risk of going round other hotels before you get dropped off at Mandalay Bay. Taxi fare should be no more than $15.
