SOUTH COAST BIZ BLOG: Pacifica professor says Santa Barbara is two cities, one for Latinos and one for Anglos
Economic and political forces are creating and maintaining a South Coast underclass of undocumented immigrants that resembles the disenfranchised Californios pushed out of Santa Barbara in the 1880s, a Pacifica Graduate Institute psychology professor told a group of therapists Wednesday.
